ORDERING YOUR PRODUCTS
We accept orders via our website, phones and emails and other stated channels. All orders received will be handled on “First Come First Serve Basis” and we will not hold products for customers if payments has not been made and confirmed.All our products are shipped from our store in Moshi, Kilimanjaro.Orders take approximately 24hours for delivery within Tanzania towns.It will take extra days to a maximum of 14 days for delivery outside Tanzania.
Once you have confirmed your order you will pay for it via PayPal and Bank Transfer for customers outside Tanzania. For customers within Tanzania call us and pay via MPESA, AIRTEL MONEY, TIGO PESA and bank deposits. For payment through cheques please notify us before making payment. We will be launching the Online Mobile Payment option to enable our customers to pay for products easily and free. All our product prices are VAT inclusive. Other charges will include packaging and delivery to respective place. Customers will be notified the total cost of buying items and delivering to places.
All orders for delivery will be processed on the basis of payment confirmation unless stated otherwise. Delivery will be initiated immediately and for orders within Tanzania the delivery will be done within the same day with an allowance of a maximum of 48 hours until delivery of item. Orders outside Tanzania might attract a shipping or parceling fee depending on the distance and weight of order unless stated otherwise. Contact us to confirm the extra charge for your order to be delivered.
All our products are sold on the basis of “what you see is what you get” from product pictures and description. This will include the product color, size, patterns, and that will be the product shipped. Any errors on our side will be eligible for returns at no extra cost. For client side errors, you might be eligible for return or replacement if the product is in its original state as it was shipped and customer will cover any charges for the return for replacement.
